What is the returns policy?

If you have ordered the wrong product or have changed your mind, you can return to us within 7 days if the product is within its original packaging and not damaged for a refund (less any delivery charges).  If we have sent you the wrong goods we will arrange for these to be collected and provide a full refund.

What shall I do if my goods are received damaged?

You must sign for every package we send you, if the package you are signing for looks damaged in any way you can either refuse the delivery or sign for the parcel as ‘damaged’. If you have not signed as damaged and it has been damaged by the carrier then we will not be able to claim and be held liable which will cause delays. You must inform us immediately by phone or email if the package is damaged and we may ask for you to send us photos of the damage.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint you can get in touch with us via our contact us page on our website and we will make every effort to rectify any issue you may have.  

Our Mistakes, Faulty & Damaged Items

If an item has been supplied to you incorrectly, faulty or damaged, then please get in touch via email to make us aware, you can do this through the contact us section on our website.  Arrangements will be made to collect the item from yourself free of charge and the goods will either be replaced, if requested by you, or a full refund will be issued on receipt of the goods.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you can do this within 7 days of receiving the goods.  You will need to contact us via email with your order number & reason to notify of us this.

Delivery costs of returning the goods to us will be liable by you.  Once the goods have been received back in the same condition they were sent to you in, a refund for the value of the product will be issued less any delivery charges. Refund will be issued back to the same card/ PayPal account used to pay for the goods.

Warranty Repairs

If unfortunately a product becomes faulty within its warranty period, please get in touch via our contact us section on the website and our team will advise you on the quickest and most efficient way of sorting the problem.
